Arthur Obi Okafor, SAN Mourns Untimely Demise of Royal Ebelu Ngaobiwu Esq
Condoles Family, Owerri Branch and Young Lawyers Forum
Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Chairman of the Criminal Justice Reforms Committee of the Nigeria Bar Association, Chief Arthur Obi Okafor has described the untimely demise of a young lawyer, Royal Ebelu Ngaobiwu, Esq who passed away suddenly after a brief illness, as heart breaking and a great loss to the legal profession.

According to the learned silk,” it is saddening that such a young intelligent man, full of life and with a dream of contributing his quota to building a strong and virile Nigeria, is snatched off by the cruel hands of death”. He bemoaned the untimely death of several lawyers within the last one year, describing them as unfortunate and regrettable.
While praying for the repose of the soul of the departed colleague, he condoled with the family of the deceased, the leadership and members of the Owerri branch of the NBA, Young Lawyers Forum of Owerri branch and the national body of Young Lawyers Forum.
Mr. Royal Ebelu Ngaobiwu, Esq who has been described by friends, colleagues and associates as an innovative, intelligent, humane and urbane lawyer was called to bar last December. He died yesterday in Owerri, Imo state, after a brief illness.
