NBA CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION INSTITUTE: NBA National EXCO Approves Appointment of Tobenna Erojikwe As Chair, Governing Board
Congratulations!
It is with great delight that I received information of further recognition of the NBA Lagos Branch and its ground breaking activities.
At a meeting of the National Executive Committee of the NBA (NEC) which took place today, following a motion moved by Mr. Nimi Watson Jack (former General Secretary of the NBA) and seconded by Mr. JK Gadzama SAN, the nomination by the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) of Mr. Tobenna Erojikwe as Chairman of the Governing Board of the NBA Institute of Continuing Legal Education was approved by the National Executive Committee of the NBA.
As you are aware Tobenna is the Chairman of the Continuing Professional Development Committee of our branch and has held that position for almost 4 years. I thank Tobenna for the transformational strides that he has led the CPD Committee of the Branch to make as a veritable platform of upliftment for members of our Branch. I pray that he continues to deliver as we know that he can, now, on a much bigger stage.
We are grateful to the President of the NBA, Mr. Olumide Akpata and the NBA NEC for this appointment.
Yemi Akangbe
Chairman NBA Lagos Branch.
