Covid 19: Oyetibo, SAN Donates N.5m for 100 Packs of Food Items to NBA Lagos Branch

On behalf of the EXCO of the NBA Lagos Branch, I am happy to announce the support that we have just received from our respected senior, Mr. Tayo Oyetibo SAN. Mr. Oyetibo has donated N500,000 for a 100 packs of food items to be delivered to young lawyers between 1-5 years post call, who find that they need such support, at this time.

Arrangements have been made with HUBMART Supermarket to have the food items supplied and arrangements have also been made to have the items delivered to respective recipients. The items in the packs are as follows:

Dumchi Bebdel Garri 1 pack
Rich MD Ofada Rice 1 pack
De Rica Tomato 5 pieces
Peak Evaporated Milk 1 pack
Golden Penny Spag 1 pack
Golden Penny Semo 1 pack
Maggi Cube 4G 25 pieces
Golden Terra Soya 6 pieces
Dangote Ref Sugar 1 pack
Dangote Ref Salt 1 pack
Indomie Onion Chi 6 pieces
Bottle of Groundnut 1 pack.

Young lawyers in the LAGOS Branch of the NBA ONLY, of between 1-5 years post call (with proof of Branch membership and year of call ) who need this assistance should please send an email OR text message to the followings officers of the EXCO; chinenye@calmhillpartners.com ( 0803 677 8566) onyerumuna@gmail.com (08032650401) and benifeoma@gmail.com.(0803 375 4299), stating your name, phone number and delivery address. Please note that this initiative is being administered by the EXCO of the Branch and all information regarding recipients will be treated confidentially and not disclosed to any third party including the donor. Delivery of these packs will commence tomorrow, the 6th of April, 2020. (APPLICANTS SHOULD PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING BOTH EMAIL AND SMS. IT IS EITHER, SO THAT THE PROCESS OF RECONCILIATION IS EASIER).

Furthermore, I am grateful to other members of the Branch who have reached out to us in support and will make other announcements as we move along.

Please note that these donations are particularly important because, unfortunately, at this time the Branch is unable to provide support directly to members because, as a result of the unanticipated lockdown by the government we are currently unable to access Branch funds with which to assist members who need support at this time, in accordance with the resolution of the EXCO to provide such support, directly.
