COVID-19: SBL Assures Participants of Compliance and Safety Ahead Business Law Seminar in Ibadan on Monday
Dear Speaker/Panellist/Participants,
On behalf of the Chairman, NBA-SBL, Mr. Seni Adio, SAN, we thank you for confirming your participation at the Business Law Conference scheduled to take place on Monday, March 23, 2020 at the Aare Afe Babalola Hall, Iyaganku, Ibadan by 10am.
Whist we look forward to welcoming you on Monday, please note that we are not unmindful of the COVID-19 pandemic and although (thankfully) the Government of Oyo State have confirmed there is no case in the State, as a responsible organisation, we are strictly going to adhere to the following:
The auditorium will be arranged in a manner that encourages social distancing (staying 6 feet away from the next participant);
Temperatures will be mandatorily checked at the entrance to the venue;
If you must sneeze, please do so only into your elbows;
There will be a mandatory requirement of washing of hands;
Every participant will be required apply hand sanitizers.
We have engaged a Diagnostic Center who will be present at the venue.
