Stanley C. Imo Congratulates Nigerians on Democracy Day
I want to congratulate fellow Nigerians on this year’s Democracy day celebration. May 29th remains dear to our hearts because it reminds us that the will of the people must prevail at all times. That the people must always decide how they are governed and who governs them.
This year’s celebration will not pass without us pausing to score the country in order to ascertain if the will of the people transcends in all facets of our lives. This is the basis for the call for restructuring.
We cannot continue to adopt the old process and style and expect the progress we desire.
I call on all stake holders including the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) to ensure that the will of the people prevails at all times as I use this means to join my voice in the call for a better Nigeria.
