HOSEA IBI : What a Painful Loss
I received with sadness, the discorvery of the lifeless body of our learned colleague, Mr. Hosea Ibi who until his death represened the good people of Takum I in Taraba State House of Assembly at the old site of SCC (Kwari) along Takum Kashimbila Road in Takum Local Government Area of the state.
It is really painful to his family, constituents, friends and members of our association that the healthy Ibi who was kidnapped by unknown gunmen during the yuletide period, on December 30, 2017, was found dead yesterday.
The late Ibi was a fine gentleman, quintessential lawyer and a special breed of politician. His gruesome murder has thrown members of his family and our association into a state of mourning and exposes the need for our security agencies to be proactive in securing the lives and property of the citizenry.
While praying for the repose of the soul of our departed colleague, I call on the security agencies to go after the perpetrators of this dastardly act and bring them to book.
