Dear Learned Seniors and Colleagues, the Court of Appeal Lagos Judicial Division is presently under siege by miscreants and marwa operators, and under threat of being burnt down. I garther that there was an altercation between a staff of the Court and a marwa rider. The marwa rider has mobilised his colleagues, and the environment has been turned into a battle field. The presence of the police is urgently needed.
