    Social media can make our life much easier than before and it has a lot of advantages. We can use social media in everything because it is part of our everyday life. It has the power to change lives but for the most part, these changes aren’t always positive.

    Nowadays it is important that we know on how to used social media in a right way and we must be careful for all the things that we put or share especially our personal information online.

    AVOID POSTING UNPROFESSIONAL PHOTOS OR STATEMENTS

Some employers and schools search for the social media accounts of prospective employees and students during the application process, and you want to make sure you continue to make a good impression.

    THINK TWICE BEFORE POSTING IN AN EMOTIONAL STATE

    Although it can feel therapeutic in the moment, making a social media post in anger can have repercussions long after the statement is made. Keep in mind that once something is posted on the internet, it can never really be removed

    FOLLOW WITH A PURPOSE

    As you’re scrolling through social media, do you ever ask yourself, “why am I following this person and what is the purpose of it?” Ask yourself these questions, and if you can’t find a good reason to be following that account, simply unfollow them.
