The Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) will hold its Monthly General Meeting for the month of June on Monday, June 20, 2022, at the Dining Hall of the Nigerian Law School on Victoria Island.
The meeting, to be held under the theme, ‘COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK FOR LAW FIRMS,’ will feature a keynote speech by the Chairman of the Lagos NBA Branch Law Firm Competency Committee, Dr. Adeoye Adefulu.
The Meeting, which is being sponsored by the immediate past President of the NBA, Paul Usoro, SAN (in honour of the Chairman of the NBA’s Welfare Committee, Yakubu C. Maikyau, SAN, FCIArb) will be followed by a cocktail, to be sponsored by Dr. Babatunde Ajibade, SAN, (also in honour of the aforementioned Mr. Maikyau).
A statement by the Branch leadership said that registration for the Meeting is mandatory for all members of the Premier Bar, and all attendees are expected to be seated by 1.00pm.
