Be rest assured that a CJN that cannot evict the children of his predecessor in office from his official quarters will not be able to evict a wrongly sworn in president and Commander in Chief of Nigeria from Aso Rock . I pray that I am proven wrong .

Trust me , once the wrong person is sworn in as the president of Nigeria and the case of his legitimacy is still pending in court , the judicial can never be able to act without fear or favour. The judiciary will immediately switch loyalty and will be unduly influenced and will be eventually compromised .
So why the rush ? Why can we finish all the election petition cases before swearing in the winner.
