Dear Colleagues,
Kindly recall that the leadership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) recently set up the Future of Legal Practice Committee with the mandate to facilitate a significant improvement in the quality and standard of legal services rendered by legal practitioners.
Consequently, the Future of Legal Practice Committee by a Notice signed by its Chairman – A. U. Mustapha SAN, hereby requests members to fill out a questionnaire meant to collate the views of a cross-section of the Bar and Bench on the implications and likely effects of technological innovation and globalization on the legal profession in Nigeria.
The results will help the Committee make appropriate proposals to the NBA on the future of legal practice in Nigeria.
