As young lawyers, you must begin to project the future with the profession in mind; it is only a mindset in this regard that can get you on the road for a sustainable legal practice. It takes advanced preparation and readiness to effectively attain a firm footing. In envisaging a sustainable legal practice, young lawyers must be led in a progressive manner.
