The interrogation of popular business mogul Obi Cubana by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has entered the fourth day.An official of the anti-graft agency said the socialite was still being grilled with his release hinged on his ability to perfect his bail conditions.

Although the official didn’t give details as regards the terms for his bail, it was gathered Obi Cubana is being quizzed for many things and will continue until he satisfies the conditions for his bail.

“There are many things for which the businessman is being interrogated and until he meets the conditions for his bail, the interrogation would continue,” the official said.On Monday, the EFCC invited the businessman to its head office at Jabi, Abuja to answer questions on issues that bordered on alleged money laundering and tax evasion.

The next day, Tuesday the news about him being released was shared by his colleague and friend, Instigator PH via his Instagram page. He wrote: “Thank u Jesus!! @obi_cubana is free. We gat Jesus!!! . Dis Dance is for all my fans. I love u all.”

At about the same time, the nightlife also made a post on his Instagram page after what seemed like an unusual break. He posted his photo with a caption that read: “Okpataozueora! I love you ALL!” He added: UNBROKEN #MANOFTHEYEAR2021.”

His post had attracted massive comments from his fans and followers including celebrities who expressed joy and welcomed him back. Before then, many celebrities had taken to their various social media platforms to register their support for the embattled entrepreneur while also advocating for his release.

But it seems that joy may just have been short-lived as Obi Cubana is still being held without any hint of when he would perfect his bail and leave the anti-graft agency in Abuja.
