Multiple award winning socialite, Dickson Obairi has taken to his social media to announce that he has taken up the Nomination form to contest for the position of Social Secretary in the forthcoming NBA Lagos Branch elections scheduled for 27th June, 2023.
Dickson Obairi, who has been recognized for his outstanding innovations and social initiatives, was recognized by the Young Legal Professionals as the Most Social young lawyer in 2022 when he clinched the award of “King of Soiree” – a clear recognition of his vast experience in social activities and planning. In other interests outside his shinning law practice, Dickson Obairi has founded a fast rising clothing brand – GFM Clothing and has also co-founded a recretional lounge, Vibes & Chillz, operating from Lekki-Ajah.

It is with enthusiasm for the prospects ahead that I write to inform you that I have picked up the nomination form to contest for the position of Social Secretary in our great Branch. It is with great pleasure that I take this step towards contributing my quota to the growth and development of our Branch and our professional Association.
As a legal practitioner with several years of experience, I am well aware of the importance of an active and vibrant social life for the success of any organization. The position of Social Secretary is key to ensuring that our Branch remains cohesive and vibrant, and I believe that my skills and experience give me value to bring to the position.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with several organizations in various capacities and this has given me an in-depth understanding of the importance of organizing social events that not only foster a sense of community among members but also promote the growth and development of its members.
I am committed to bringing my experience to the position and in the coming days, I will unveil my Manifesto of ideas and my proposal for their manifestation because I believe that before being lawyers we are first social!
