Collection of Conference Materials: NBA President Thanks Delegates for Their Co-operation and Orderliness
Yesterday, the Harbour Point, Victoria Island, Lagos played host to more than 4,000 lawyers as the NBA President, Paul Usoro, SAN; National officers; TCCP Chairman, Mr. Gbenga Oyebode,; Co-Chairman, Mr. Olumide Akpata and other TCCP members were on ground as early as 7 30 am to ensure that the distribution of Conference materials to delegates was seamless.
The NBA President, National officers, TCCP leadership and members personally attended to the delegates and this made the collection process very easy for delegates.
We must admit that we had some initial slight delay which was mainly ocasioned by challenges associated with crowd control. TCCP appreciates the eagerness of delegates to want to collect their Conference matterials very early. However, TCCP assures all registered delegates that there are enough Conference materials and every registered delegates will be given conference materials.
TCCP, therefore, urges delegates to exercise patience and be orderly when in the Collection Centre. The TCCP officials are available to assist any delegate that may have any issue.
TCCP is pleased to inform Conferees that the collection process that started at about 9 am yesterday, the 23/8/19 became more orderly and seamless around 11.00 am, and by 6 pm about 4,000 delegates had already collected their Conference matterials.
The collection process continues tomorrow at 8 am. Registered delegates are further reminded to come along with evidence of their registration for the Conference and valid forms of identification.
