Adefowoke Olubusola Ayo-Ponle, is the Lead Counsel of Firstrose Solicitors. She confirmed this morning that she has picked the nomination form for the office of Vice Chairmanship in the branch’s coming election slated for the 27th Day of June 2023.
She is a commercial Litigation Lawyer, who’s
area of practice includes Alternative Dispute Resolution, Immigration Law, company secretarial and corporate governance as well as property law and management.
Adefowoke currently serves the premier branch as a co-opted member of the executive committee of the branch. She is also the State Lead, NBA Women Forum, Lagos State Chapter, as well as the Secretary of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Lagos Branch, where she is at the forefront of its Litigation Pro bono team.
