The final rites for the late Madam Comfort Nlemchukwu Ireka, mother of Gloria Ireka, Esq., Editor-in-Chief of NEWSWIRE Law & Events Magazine, have begun.
The rites began in November, 2022 with a Funeral wake in Lagos, where she had lived for most of her life.

Popularly known as ‘Ezinne,’ Comfort Ireka, who passed onto glory at the age of 80, will commence her final journey home on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 7.00 am, when her body leaves Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Mortuary at Ihiala, Anambra State.
On arrival at her husband’s compound at Ubahaezedeke in Awo-Idemili, Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State, the deceased will lie in state from 8.00 am till 9.30 am, when the funeral service will take place at Christ Church, Awo-Idemili.
This will be immediately followed by interment at Ichie Raphael Ireka’s Compound at Ubahaezedeke, Awo-Idemili, Orsu LGA, Imo State.
