The former Vice-Chairman of the Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Mrs. Bolatumi Animashaun, has expressed gratitude to her colleagues for their support, following her election as the incoming 2nd Vice President of the Association.
In a letter made available to NEWSWIRE Law Events, Mrs. Animashaun said her election was in the best interest of the Association and its members.
The seasoned Bar leader promised not to let her colleagues down. ‘I will be available,’ she pledged. ‘I’ll never be unreachable in my position, and I will make an impact.’
In the just-concluded NBA elections held on Saturday, July 20, 2014, Animashaun polled 26, 534 votes to clinch the position.
