Chief Emeka Ozoani, SAN was the guest speaker at the NBA, Akure Branch grand law dinner, which capped a beautiful Law Week of the Sunshine Branch and made for a befitting end to the Law Week.
The learned SAN was also the chief launcher at the event which saw the NBA Akure Branch take giant strikes towards the acquisition of a new bus for the use of the Branch.
The well heralded event took place at the International Events and Cultural Center (the Dome) in Akure, Ondo State, on Thursday, the 13th of November, 2025.
Amongst the special guests at the Dinner was the Executive Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Orimisan Lucky Aiyedatiwa, who was honoured as an “Ambassador of Rule of Law” in recognition of his use of the judicial process all the way to the Alagbaka Government House when he could well have explored unconstitutional means to grab power.
Chief Emeka Ozoani, SAN, in his dinner speech, encouraged members of the branch to avoid burnout even as they ply their trade. He encouraged them to intentionally take care of their health even as they practice the profession whilst also encouraging them to cultivate the attitude of saving part of their hard earned professional fees.
Chief Emeka Ozoani SAN as the Chief Launcher of the Branch’s Bus donated the sum of Ten Million Naira as his contribution towards the actualisation of a 25 seater Toyota Hiace Bus which the Branch hope to purchase to increase its facilities for easy movement of its members to and fro NBA activities and events.
The Chairman of the Branch, in his appreciation message, thanked Chief Emeka Ozoani SAN for the generous donations towards the acquisition of a new bus on behalf of the executive members and the members of the Branch.
The memory of the dinner, which was a beautiful soiree, will last long in the hearts of everyone who attended and especially the members of the NBA Akure Branch because of the touch of class and grace the learned SAN added to the occasion.
